Uncomfortable scenario at Non-Veg eateries especially the West or anywhere where same vessels &cookery used for both Veg & Non-Veg food! & Non-Veg cooking Staff & others around frown upon or query or cannot understand or seen confused & wondering!
Tip&Trick for you and all honestly.:
Hey Veggies, just say You have “allergy” to all those meat etc. & so not same cookery/vessel or used oil or items already being in meat contact! That works.
The West is very alert & cautious & serious to Allergy. So any packaged food if you see there’s label so & so. E.g., Allergy to Lactose, Peanuts, seafood are known. Not to the meat they know of. Hopefully, the practice of separation & isolation of cooking stuffs comes in.
Hopefully, All World Health Organizations & Govt. realize this is as Allergy is True Fact may not be always visible in extremes but a reality.
Then it will be truly fully Veggie. & truly Hygienic & Sanitized & Isolated. This is even more important in view of the Virus Pandemic/spread or any possible Contamination or Infections.
Till then Veggies have widely to depend on only Veg places or home prepared/cooked food only! or sometimes eat whatever Veg item available in mixed places.
